Created in Indian handicrafts between the 1970s and 1990s, it features floral and vegetal motifs made from finely inlaid semi precious stones such as malachite, lapis lazuli, and turquoise. The aesthetic is reminiscent of pietra dura, translated into a compact, almost architectural format. The stone appears soft and warm in the light, and the inlays provide
