In November 2016, Bruno decided to settle in the Jura, where he felt more in tune with nature. He was quickly seduced by the terroir of Arlay and created the Domaine Bienaim. Today, he operates 3. 2 ha of vines there, where Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau and Pinot Noir rub shoulders.
